We had an eventful weekend! We started off with some decorations on our trees and Jackson was a great help! He definitely liked the new lights. Then it was off to write a letter to Santa so he could let Santa know what he wanted… Numebr one was an Optimus Prime Monster Truck with non-monster truck wheels. Santa will definitely have to use some magic to find that one cause we can’t.
Then it was off to Angevine Tree Farm to find the perfect tree. Unfortunately, the skies opened and rained down upon us and it was not meant to be. That’s okay though we had lunch at the 202 Tavern, field our bellies, and regrouped. We decided it was off to Scott’s Landscaping wich was our go to pre-Jackson. Scott and his team came through!
We capped the night off with the tree lighting on the Green. One of Santa’s helpers even made an appearance and Jackson stood in awe.
Hope you had a great adventure this weekend!

The Mrs. and I were able to go out on the Town together to an amazing concert at South Farms in Morris, Connecticut. They took one of their farm fields and converted it to an outdoor concert venue. Food trucks kept our bellies full and Litchfield Distillery was there to provide beverages of the alcoholic variety. Limited to only 500 fans, the Mrs. was able to check one off the bucket list by getting to see Grace Potter perform in person. A beautiful night … with a beautiful woman. I must say, life is great!
