Let’s Go Mets!
This was a special day. We got three generations together to see the opening day of the Mets! We were able to sit right behind the dugout and capture all the players. The crowd went electric when Diaz hobbled out on crutches.
My father hadn’t been to a game since I was Action Jackson’s age. Needless to say the ballparks are a little different these days.
It got a little chilly out there so I snagged yet another Mets blanket for Jackson. He loved his warm pretzel on this cold day. That’s for sure.
We even got a win!
Days like these make me realize how lucky I am. Life. Is. Good.

We have to take the tree out of the truck, remove all the lights and put away the sleigh until next year. Still gave us the time to horse around and giggle like every boy should!
